Meet The Leadership Team

Dale Misczynski is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Monebo, as well as the Chairman of the Board. Dale has a strong background in the global electronics business, having spent over thirty-four years at positions of increasing responsibility at Motorola. His experiences as a successful leader in Motorola’s wireless communications and semiconductor businesses, operating in marketing, engineering, quality, and general management roles at division and group levels, have given him the global perspective needed to lead Monebo.

Dr. Harris is currently Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Vesalius Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in early to mid-stage healthcare technologies and companies. Prior to Vesalius Ventures, he was at NASA. A veteran astronaut for over eighteen years, he has logged more than 438 hours and traveled over 7.2 million miles in space. Currently, he is on the board for the Houston Angel Network, Houston Technology Center and BioHouston. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Monebo Technologies, RMD Networks, U.S. Physical Therapy (Nasdaq: USPH), Sterling Bancshares (Nasdaq: SBIB), and the Space Agency.

Alfred Hager is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in commercial management, particularly in international industrial environments. Currently the CFO at tier 1 automotive supplier Raufoss Technology, Mr. Hager has held significant roles including CFO at Neuman Aluminium and Glanzstoff Industries. He contributed to the foundation of Monebo during his service as CFO of an Austrian-based contract electronic manufacturing company.

Martha Gurwit strategic advisor, financial expert, and former Managing Director, Debt Capital Markets, with expertise in corporate finance, debt capital markets, and private credit. She has experience providing strategic advice, structuring, and executing innovative financing solutions and is recognized for raising over $75 billion in capital for large cap and middle market corporations and private equity sponsors.

She started her banking career at JPMorgan where she spent over 15 years in the Investment Bank, first in Texas and then in NYC. She then moved to GE Capital to help grow the debt platform and then to Antares Capital as a Managing Director on the Capital Markets Structuring team supporting private credit business.

She has a BSBA from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Bruce H. KenKnight, PhD is Founder and Managing Director of Portico Lifescience Ventures. Previously, he was Vice President, New Ventures - Neuromodulation, LivaNova PLC. He led the development of a new medical device system utilizing autonomic regulation therapy via cervical vagus nerve stimulation to treat chronic heart failure. Prior to this, he was the President and CEO of Valtech Cardio Ltd, a privately-held company in Israel developing innovative solutions for the treatment of mitral valve disorders (acquired by Edwards Lifescience) Prior to that, Bruce was Vice President of Research/Technology Development and Business Development for Boston Scientific Corporation (formerly Guidant Corporation), Cardiac Rhythm Management Division, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility over 20 years of service. Additionally, Bruce was an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota for two decades; he established several courses (Senior Capstone Design, Cardiovascular Devices) and served on 4 separate External Advisory Committees. Bruce received the Albert Einstein Award for Outstanding Achievement in Life Sciences (2006), was named a Fellow in the College of Fellows of the American Institute for Medical and Biomedical Engineering (2007) and the Distinguished Alumni Award, University of Minnesota (2016). Bruce is named as an inventor on >500 U.S. and international patents that are issued or published and is an author of over 200 peer-reviewed publications (manuscripts/book chapters/abstracts) in the fields of cardiac electrophysiology, heart failure and neuromodulation. A native of Minnesota, Bruce received the Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, Master of Science and PhD degrees in biomedical engineering from the College of Science & Engineering at the University of Minnesota and has completed business management training at the Harvard School of Business, University of Chicago and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
