Dale J. Misczynski

Mr. Misczynski is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Monebo, Chairman of the Board. Dale has a strong background in the global electronics business, having spent over thirty-four years at positions of increasing responsibility at Motorola. His experiences as a successful leader in Motorola’s wireless communications and semiconductor businesses, operating in marketing, engineering, quality, and general management roles at division and group levels have given him the global perspective needed to lead Monebo.
Dr. Bernard Harris, Jr. M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.P.

Dr. Harris is currently Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Vesalius Ventures, a venture capital firm, that invests in early to mid stage Healthcare technologies and companies. Prior to Vesalius Ventures, he was at NASA, a veteran astronaut for over eighteen years, he has logged more than 438 hours and traveled over 7.2 million miles in space. Currently, he is on the Board for the Houston Angel Network, Houston Technology Center and BioHouston. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Monebo Technologies, RMD Networks, U.S. Physical Therapy (Nasdaq: USPH), Sterling Bancshares (Nasdaq: SBIB), and the Space Agency. Dr. Harris is also the founder and president of the Harris Foundation, which supports math and science education and crime prevention programs for America’s youth. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including honorary doctorates from Stony Brook University (SUNY), Morehouse School of Medicine, and University of Hartford, NASA Space Flight Medal, NASA Award of Merit, a fellow of the American College of Physicians, and was the recipient of the 2000 Horatio Alger Award.
Leo Womack

Leo has been the President and a director of Gulf Equities Realty Advisors, Inc., a diversified real estate portfolio management company, since 1986. He has also been the Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Fairway Medical Technologies, Inc., since 1996. From 1969 to 1978, he was the managing partner of a local and later national CPA firm. From 1965 to 1969 he was an accountant at Arthur Anderson & Co. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Shumate Industries Inc. and O.I. Corp. He is licensed as a certified public accountant, real estate broker, and securities broker. He is also an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
Gary Sazer

Gary is a consultant and transactional business lawyer with substantial international experience. Previously he was the Executive Chairman, President and CEO of Healthcare Associate, a New York based Healthcare Admisistrative and Management Services Organization.
Gary was the chairman, co-founder and managing Director of Technogenesis, Inc, an enterprise engaged in global technology identification, due diligence and transfer. He also founded a number of successful ventures, including the International Trade Consortium, a not-for-profit established to assist small and medium sized enterprises in identifying and realizing resource requirements for global business. He also founded Health Technologies Corporation, an entity that facilitated healthcare technology transfers and the Long Island Association Health Alliance, the first non-governmental health care insurance purchasing cooperative in the United States. Gary is a founder of MercBloc LLC, an enterprise which has created the world’s first wealth management community providing access to world class wealth management with important complementary services.
From 1983 to 1995, he served as general counsel to the Olympus Corporation and special counsel to its parent, Olympus Optical Company (Tokyo). During those years Gary was also general counsel to the Long Island Association, the nation’s largest regional chamber of commerce.
